SNSD's Taeyeon and Seohyun Casted as Voice Actors for 3D Animation

The creators of "Ice Age" have once again created a 3D animation called "Super Bad"** and have revealed a [Korean] Thanksgiving season release date. They've also revealed that Taeyeon and Seohyun from SNSD have been casted as voice actors.

The mega-hit animation, "Ice Age", was released as a trilogy and surpassed $1.9 Billion om earnings. The Ice Age movies set a high standard with very witty scripts and vivid and unique characters, gaining positive response everyone in all age groups.

SNSD's Taeyeon and Seohyun took the role of two of three smart and ambitious sisters Margo and Edith, who tries to change the super villain Gru to become the world's best dad.

Taeyeon's role, "Margo", in the movie is similar to Taeyeon's role as a leader in SNSD. Margo is eldest unnie who is very skillful, and she responsibly takes care of her two younger siblings. Taeyeon, who is known as a radio DJ, is skilled at voice acting and doing impersonations. She is expected to proficiently act out the voice of the smart and witty Margo.

Seohyun's character, Edith, is the cute troublemaker and second child in the family, who unpredictably embraces Gru while fooling around. It is predicted that audiences will be able to see a playful and cute side of Seohyun, who is usually loved by male fans for her shy personality.

Life Size Evangelion Bust on Mt Fuji

After a life size RX 78-2 Gundam stood on Tokyo almost a year ago, now, it's the turn of Evangelion fans to rejoice since one of their dreams will come true. Seeing a life size Evangelion Unit-01 bust and will be called: Evangelion: World - Life-Size EVA-01 Construction Project. The bust is built on Japan's Fuji-Q HighLand amusement park near the foot of Mt. Fuji.

The life size Evangelion bust will be a recreation of the anime's lead character, Shinji Ikari's first encounter with the Eva Unit 01. I'm trying to look for the said scene but I can't seem to find a clip on Youtube.

Another Evangelion-related attractions from Fuji-Q HighLand amusement park is a life-size cockpit of an Evangelion unit, where visitors can pay to have their photos taken, a life-size figure of Kaworu Nagisa, a video corner, a museum, a studio gallery, and a shop.

The section of Fuji-Q HighLand amusement park where the life size Evangelion unit is located will open on July 23.

it's good to watch these things once awhile, well it's a successful children franchise afterall..who the F*ck dunno who's Ultraman!?.. what u no childhood? kidding..k let's get on with the review.

Well this movie released in japan theaters in late Dec 2009.. the preview was kinda awesome, cause the big Warner Bros logo was the first thing that poped out..like wow.. Warner Bros + ultraman??..
well stopped watching ultraman series till Dyna, which without fail every year new series with new ultraman spawning like nobody business..it's a ultra-galaxy man..serious..u cant count the number of stars in a galaxy? thats the number of ultraman in this kid's fantasy galaxy of ultra beings..

The story begins with a rebel ultra-fella, wanted to steal the almighty Plasma Spark, the sole source of energy and artificial sun for the planet Nebula M78(planet of the Ultra-beings[what? Krypton?]) and failed, then was banished into a space jail in a form of a meteorite, formed aliance with a powerful alien, gained ultra, ultra powers,became the main villain, Ultraman Belial.

well although the movie was deemed higher budget then other ultraman movies, but the digital SFX was still at less-than-professional stage.. but the battle scenes, wa lau can say damn nice..like a..Ip-man in a costume? but still abit far from the fight scenes in Ip man..but still..it was beyond my expectation.

what's interesting is, one of the ultra-bros/ Seniors, has an offspring, damn cool? oh ya wonder why those ultraman got cloaks? i was guessing they are the representitives of the ultra-goverment or just senior mentors..oh btw, the voice actor for ultraman Zero is also the voice actor behind Death note yagami and Gundam 00 Setsuna. the voice actor for ultraman king, former prime minister of japan Junichiro Koizumi..serious shit 4.5/5 rating SWATCH!

Kamen Rider Update

Here's some short and quick updates bout kamen rider...
- The latest Kamen Rider W movie, the one bundled with kamen rider decade, is gonna have it's own 3D version just like the hollywood movies .

-Kamen Rider W adds some spice, the sister of late Kirihiko, appears, Shotaro seems interested in her.

-There is an upcoming movie for Kamen Rider W (individual)

-Accel is getting a new form, kamen rider Accel Trial form.

-Cyclone Joker Extreme(Prism) form, interesting but not very amusing.

-Bandai seems to release alot of merchandise for Thumbdrives, as in Gaia Memories..

When musicals became interesting..

well, has cute Kid Leader Tae Yeon decided to embrace acting?? hmm it seems that she is going to star in the Musical 'Midnight Sun' ( originally a japanese novel/ movie / drama called Taiyou No Uta- Song to the Sun) as Kaoru Amane. Damn, back then, it was quite a heart warming and touching series when i watched it back then. the story goes : "A girl who can only live at night and a high school student who loves to surf as the sun rises… The two had nothing in common…Kaoru Amane, 16 years old, did not attend school but instead sang herself away every night after dark at a square in front of a train station with a guitar in her hands. She led a lifestyle in contrast to the normal people, being totally nocturnal. Kaoru was suffering from Xeroderma Pigmentosum (XP), an illness, which also might be described as the hypersensitivity to the sun, and was not allowed to be exposed to sunlight. The only motivation in her life was singing, which also was the only connection to the outside world. One day, an incident drastically changes her life…"

The series came in 2 forms, movie and drama, Yui (popular singer known to sing anime openings) as Kaoru in movie and Erika Sawajiri ( One Litre of tears) as kaoru in Drama. and now, Tae Yeon in musical version!

Hmm my post title, poor command of eng..hope it's still correct.. it's a little late though to post these pics. SnSD together with 2PM collaborated and filmed a new CF to promote Caribbean Bay, which seems like a WWW-more-fun-and bigger sized water theme park. AWW man, dunno how many bottles of Anti-Irritation eye drops used up to ease my sore eyes.. YURI ,YOONA &  SEO HYUN!  beyond comprehension! of course, hot bods of 2PM for girls to gaga at..CF yet to be completed..
